Create Service Work Order

Creating a work order for your service online is easy. You only need your Broadlink Registration number which can be found on any Broadlink statement or Invoice. If you do not have this, you can use our online billing system to have your registration number emailed to you.

Please note, if a technician is dispatched and the service issue is not deemed warranty, your subscription account will be billed for the onsite service charges. Our onsite service rate for active subscribers is $65.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
