Error 691
If you are receiving error 691, it usually means just what it says, "invalid username OR password". Please make sure you are typing your username correctly. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. The username should always be the form of an email address, such as johndoe@broadlink.biz or johndoe@dsslink.net.

Expired Account
One of the other common reasons for error 691 is from an expired account due to billing. If you suspect this to be the case, Please call the Billing office and follow the menu to "update".

I can dialup, but cannot browse.
If you can dial up, but cannot browse the Internet, please make sure you have an up to date anti-virus program and have run a full system scan. The vast majority of the time, this is due to spyware or a virus.

Please check out a few of the recommended programs to the right. If you still cannot resolve this issue, Broadlink has onsite service technicians that can come out for a service call.

I can dialup and browse, but I am having email issues.
